If your plans for your Hendrick de Keyser event are suddenly disrupted, we understand that things sometimes don't go as planned. Here are our cancellation rules in a nutshell: Can always be canceled, but not free: You have the right to cancel your reservation, but there is a small price tag attached. The amount you have to pay depends on the time of cancellation. Timing is everything: If you cancel more than 6 months in advance, it will only cost you 25%. If you cancel between 6 months and 1 month before the event, the amount will be 50%. But if you do it at the last minute (within 1 month), unfortunately it is 100%. No show, no go: If you do not cancel and do not show up, the 100% rate also applies. So, make sure that if you plan to cancel, you do so in time. Moving also means canceling (unless otherwise stated): If you decide to change the date of the event, we will consider this a cancellation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, of course. We of course hope that everything goes according to plan, but if it has to be different, let's at least arrange it smoothly and understandably!
