Anyone visiting Het Spaansche Hof on Westeinde can feel the centuries-old history. Right in the city yet surrounded by an oasis of calm. Het Spaansche Hof is the location for a successful event with 10 stylishly furnished rooms and a spacious inner garden. Welcome up to 300 guests in this 17th-century city palace.
Het Spaansche Hof is an official wedding venue. You can exchange vows in one of our romantic salons. And in nice weather? We are happy to create a romantic setting for the wedding ceremony in the intimate inner garden. You can cut the cake on the terrace right after and enjoy drinks with all the guests!
Historic and unique The history of this city palace goes back to 1469 when the counselor of Emperor Maximilian built his house here, after which it often changed owners. We owe the royal appearance of Het Spaansche Hof to the Spaniards, who renovated it in 1677 into the current City Palace. The Spanish Embassy was housed here. When you step into Het Spaansche Hof, where many of these historical elements have been preserved, you can still feel the history.
