Charme Hotel en Buitenplaats Iepenoord

Getting married in an oasis of peace or comfortably staying in the historic mansion or in one of the Vijverkamers on the estate. Charme Hotel and Buitenplaats Iepenoord is just a stone's throw away from the most beautiful North Sea beaches and Nature Reserve Oranjezon. The Buitenplaats is an oasis of tranquility! The Hotel and the Buitenplaats are extremely suitable for weddings and ceremonies. 

The day before your wedding, you arrive at the Hotel. You can sleep in the next day and enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet.

After that, your day begins with only attention for yourselves. In the meantime, we and the masters of ceremonies are busy with the preparations. 

Around 11:30, the photographer will expect you. Photos and videos will be taken at the Buitenplaats or outside of it. 

Around 1:00 PM, you will be back and enjoy a delicious sandwich. Just a little time to acclimatize before your guests arrive. 

At 2:00 PM, the guests arrive. They are welcomed at the Buitenplaats with coffee, tea, infused water, and a delicious Zeeuwse Jikke Miene. 

At 2:45 PM, the guests make their way to the outdoor location for the ceremony. They take their seats on the snow-white chairs. The Civil Registry Officer is ready to welcome you and goes over the speech carefully one last time. 

3:00 PM! The nerves are racing through your body. You walk slowly through the entrance to the location where the ceremony takes place. Through a hedge of flowers, you walk over the white carpet towards the official.

The Ceremony begins. Beautiful stories are shared, and you make your commitment. We are ready with a delicious glass of Cava bubbles. The wedding cake is cut. All guests enjoy this moment. Beautiful memories are captured.

The day continues with a dressed-up drink. Invited guests join in and enjoy in the Conservatory or on the Terrace. 

Around 6:00 PM, dinner begins. The dinner is served with as many courses as you want, or we can create a table full of delicacies where everyone chooses what they like. Barbecuing on the idyllic terrace is also an option. 

After dinner, we ramp up the entertainment and party to a climax. You and your guests enjoy being together, talking, drinking, dancing, and singing. Around 11 PM, we serve a delicious snack platter and a bag of fries. Around 12:30 AM, everyone happily heads to their hotel room or home. You look back on an unforgettable day. 

The next morning, you and the guests come together for a delightful breakfast. The afterparty has begun. Memories are shared and will always remain. Satisfied, we say goodbye to each other and you begin a new phase in life together.
