Pavilion De Witte located on the dunes in Scheveningen can rightly be called a unique wedding venue.
History and present
Pavilion De Witte was built in 1826 on the orders of King William I. In 1827, he gifted this temple-like villa as a birthday present to his lovely wife Queen Frederica Louise Wilhelmina.
The Pearl of Scheveningen is a special location with a beautiful position and view over the beach of Scheveningen. It features stylish architecture with royal allure. With your own private terrace and 20 private parking spaces, it’s a fantastic spot for the most beautiful day of your life! Pavilion De Witte is also an official wedding location of the municipality of The Hague.
The Sea Hall, adjacent to the terrace with panoramic views of the sea, is particularly suitable for atmospheric wedding ceremonies. On the south side, there is a Bar Hall and on the north side, a Side Hall of the same size. In this Side Hall, small groups can dine separately. A special feature of this hall is the fireplace that adds extra atmosphere to your dinner in winter. In summer, guests can enjoy the spacious terrace of the Pavilion, where they can take in a beautiful view of the Scheveningen boulevard and the sunset.
The team at Pavilion De Witte ensures that you and your guests experience an unparalleled hospitable day. With our chef and experienced event manager, you will feel like a king and queen!
