Exclusively bookable in July and August: Summer Weddings is the wedding label of Vuursche Lodge and consciously works with a short season, which means the schedule fills up quickly.

In the forests of Lage Vuursche, exactly between Utrecht and Hilversum, lies the location Summerweddings Vuursche Lodge, where your festival wedding comes to life. Not a standard wedding hall with a fixed layout, but a woodland wedding venue that we rent exclusively to one couple: just you, your guests, and the forest, and the location is entirely yours.

The big day starts with the reception on the terrace of the Lodge, followed by a ceremony among the trees in the Auditorium, with the forest itself as natural decoration. After the vows, glasses are raised during the reception under the festival tent, followed by a seated dinner with entertainment and speeches at round tables: culinary surprising and top-level, served in a relaxed festival atmosphere with food trucks and small stands. As the sun sets, the party moves to Crown or the Pub, where dancing and toasting continues until 1 AM.

Because the ceremony, dinner, and party can take place both indoors and outdoors, you never have to gamble on the weather; rain or shining sun, the day just goes on. The venue accommodates large groups, with parking for 400 cars right at the door and good accessibility via the highway.

Food plays a leading role: we work with our own food concept that combines the relaxed atmosphere of food trucks with the level of a culinary wedding, from the first drink at the ceremony to a late-night snack during the party. We consider allergies and dietary wishes everywhere, so everyone at the table can enjoy just as well.

Summer Weddings works with a short season: only in July and August is the venue exclusively available for weddings. This means summer evenings, light until late, and a team that focuses entirely on your day for those two months, from the first meeting to the last dance, with the same point of contact throughout.
