Landgoed Kasteel de Hoogenweerth has its own free car park with 300 spaces, located in enclosed private grounds.

What is the accessibility by car?

Landgoed Kasteel de Hoogenweerth is very centrally located and easily accessible by car. From the highway, it is a 5-minute drive to the venue. Upon arrival, you can easily drive through the driveway into our private car park.

Is the venue accessible by public transportation?

The busstop is located within a 15-minute walking distance from The Hoogenweerth estate. Are you expecting many guests to arrive by public transportation? If so, we would be happy to arrange shuttle transportation to and from the Central Train Station.

Can you spend the night at or near the venue?

The Hoogenweerth offers 14 hotelrooms, on which we can accomodate up to 40 guests. If there are more guests to stay over, we can help you with a hotel in the neighbourhood. We would then be happy to advise you on transportation options for your guests to and from this hotel. There are several other hotels within a 5-minute drive.

Is it possible to bring our own caterer?

The catering at The Hoogenweerth is arranged by the Van Melick Group. If the given possibilities for catering don't meet your requirements, we will discuss the possibilities with you and come to a fitting menu. It is not possible to work with another caterer.

Until what time can a party last?

At Landgoed Kasteel De Hoogenweerth, you can go until 02:00 for a party night. An outdoor party is also possible, but only until 22:00. If desired, it is possible to apply for a permit for an indoor party until 3:00. However, we can only do this a few times a year.

Official wedding venue & ample possibilities
Castle De Hoogenweerth is an officially recognized wedding venue, allowing the marriage ceremony to take place directly on our beautiful grounds. The indoor spaces of the castle can accommodate up to 250 guests, but thanks to luxurious tents in the castle gardens, we can also welcome larger groups.

Rooms
The castle has two tastefully furnished halls and an elegant bar. At the front, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Maas from the lounge terrace, while the walled inner garden provides a perfect setting for receptions and dinners.

Onze verantwoordelijke was Bart, niet enkel wij zijn sprakeloos over hoe hij alles tot in de puntjes geregeld heeft, zelfs onze gasten waren extreem lovend over Bart en het volledige team dat hij aanstuurt! Onze bruiloft in Kasteel de Hoogeweerth (3 t/m 5 oktober 2025) was een droom van begin tot eind. De organisatie was persoonlijk, professioneel en perfect verzorgd. Dankzij de exclusieve weekendhuur, de geweldige begeleiding van Thimo en Merel en de uitzonderlijke service hebben wij en onze gasten een onvergetelijk weekend beleefd. Uitmuntend, bizar geweldig: beter dan deze locatie ga je niet krijgen: trust me

De mooiste dag van ons leven? Daar waren wij vooraf sceptisch over, maar bij Kasteel de Hoogenweerth hebben ze dit écht voor ons waargemaakt. Voorafgaand aan de bruiloft was alles mogelijk en op de dag zelf was het alleen maar genieten. We hoefden nergens aan te denken en ze hebben ons geweldig door de dag heen begeleid. De kwaliteit die zij leveren is van een niveau waar je vooraf niet van durf te dromen! Dankjewel!

Perfectie in Maastricht aan de oevers van de Maas

Zo moet de mooiste dag van je leven georganiseerd worden. De schitterende locatie spreekt voor zich—misschien wel de mooiste trouwlocatie in Nederland. De service van Bart en zijn team is ongeëvenaard. Echte klassieke wereldklasse! Volledig ontzorgd, waardoor wij als bruidspaar ons volledig konden concentreren op onze gasten en de dag zelf.
