Kasteel Huis Bergh

Castle Huis Bergh is one of the largest castles in the Netherlands and dates back to the 12th century. To preserve all this beauty, weddings cannot be held in the castle from October 2023 until June 2026 due to restoration. But be sure to inquire about the possibilities for an outdoor wedding!

Castle Bergh in 's-Heerenberg is one of the largest and most beautiful castles in the Netherlands. 

Castle Huis Bergh is a fairytale place where the monumental atmosphere of long-gone times has been preserved. Over the driveway and the drawbridge, you enter another time through the imposing castle gate. 

The characteristic castle is perfect for the complete wedding celebration, from the wedding ceremony in the Habsburg Hall, the cutting of the wedding cake, and the reception to the dinner and the party. Afterwards, the couple can spend the night in a luxurious suite in a castle tower. Recently, it is also possible to have an outdoor wedding!

The castle and the beautiful surroundings are also a stunning backdrop for wedding photos. And while the couple is busy with the photo shoot, guests can join a guided tour of the castle.

Castle Huis Bergh is located in 's-Heerenberg, a small town just east of Arnhem. It is about an hour's drive from Utrecht. The castle is 10 minutes by car from the A-12 motorway. The castle is also easily accessible by public transport. For more travel information, you can contact us.
