Een onvergetelijke dag mede door de mooie locatie en het fijne personeel!

Onze mooie dag bij Kasteel de Schaffelaar mogen vieren. Vanaf het moment dat we binnen kwamen, waren we verkocht. Het contact verliep goed en snel en er werd met alles meegedacht. Op de dag zelf hebben wij en onze gasten van alles kunnen genieten en was de gastvrijheid erg fijn. De samenwerking met trouwambtenaar Lisette en DJ Léon, maakte het echt helemaal af!

Een prachtige locatie met fantastische medewerkers

Vanaf het eerste moment dat wij op een opendag de locatie kwamen bezoeken, voelde wij ons erg welkom. Iedereen is erg bekwaam en behulpzaam. Vooraf was de communicatie helder en snel. Ze wilden met alles helpen. Tijdens onze bruiloft liep alles precies zoals afgesproken. Alles was perfect geregeld en het eten en drinken was erg lekker!

Locatie top, catering bar slecht

Hele mooie locatie, met goed contact vooraf. In de avond zijn weinig afspraken nagekomen die vooraf gemaakt zijn. Het avond eten werd verdeeld over tafels geserveerd en de kwaliteit was echt ver onder niveau. De afhandeling van de klacht is dat zij het anders hebben ervaren. Geen excuses oid, maar gewoon 4 weken na de opmerkingen gezegd is niet waar ik geloof m’n collega’s.

Een sprookjesachtige locatie voor een huwelijk met onvergetelijke herinnering

Wat een gekke dag hebben wij gehad! Voorafgaand hebben we goed contact gehad, onze contactpersoon was dan ook goed te bereiken. De dag zelf heeft de locatiemanager Roelinda samen met onze ceremoniemeester gezorgd dat wij een perfecte dag hadden! Wij kunnen dan ook een ieder kasteel De Schaffelaar aanbevelen!
