About the venue

The unique Klooster Willibrordhaeghe is located on the edge of Deurne and in the middle of a large landscape park of 15 hectares. In the past, the hotel served as a monastery and thus has a historical and unique appearance as a wedding location.

Klooster Willibrordhaeghe is an official wedding location. This means that the marriage ceremony can take place in the beautiful chapel, and you do not have to go to a town hall. The chapel offers a unique atmosphere that you can hardly find anywhere else. In nice weather, the landscape park also offers countless beautiful spots for an unforgettable and intimate ceremony. After the ceremony, it’s time for your cake & toast moment. Raise your glass on the terrace in the sun or choose one of the beautiful indoor spaces that this versatile location has to offer. For a delicious dinner or barbecue, you can enjoy the indoor garden, the restaurant, or a private terrace. Subsequently, the chapel is the perfect location for a wedding party full of atmosphere. The altar in the chapel is replaced with a trendy DJ booth or band. With colorful lights, it is possible to beautifully illuminate the stone walls for the finishing touch. The chapel has its own entrance with a cloakroom and toilets, ensuring that this stunning location is exclusively reserved for you. 

Of course, you will stay overnight in the luxury bridal suite with a balcony and a view of the chapel. Your guests can also stay overnight in one of the 99 luxury hotel rooms to enjoy a delicious extensive breakfast buffet the next morning.

Wat een locatie!

Fletcher Kloosterhotel Willibrordhaeghe heeft aan al onze wensen voldaan bij ons bruiloft. Erg fijne communicatie met contactpersoon Irene, zij kan alles duidelijk uitleggen en heeft erg met ons meegedacht! Ook zij laat merken als ze bepaalde tips of adviezen heeft om de dag helemaal geslaagd te maken! Als je iets wilt voor je bruiloft, is het een grote kans dat het wel kan bij deze locatie. We hebben erg genoten!

Onvergetelijke bruiloft

We hebben een fantastische bruiloft gehad bij Willibrordhaeghe. Het is een hele fijne locatie, omdat je hier de hele dag kunt plannen, van fotoreportage in de mooie omgeving rondom het hotel tot overnachting. Ook was het een unieke ervaring om de ceremonie en het feest in het kapel te houden. Hiernaast zijn we super geholpen door personeel en organisatie, Bedankt!

Best Day

Wij hebben een geweldige dag gehad! Dat komt door mijn man en familie maar ook door de prachtige locatie. De locatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is een mooie groene omgeving. Voor elk onderdeel van de dag hadden wij een andere ruimte. Wij hebben achter in de tuin de ceremonie gehad, in de binnentuin de borrel, het diner binnen in de bar en het feest in de kapel. De samenwerking vooraf was heel prettig.

Geweldige Bruiloft

Wij hebben een geweldige bruiloft gehad bij Kloosterhotel Willibrordhaeghe. Alles was goed geregeld en op de dag zelfde hoefde we nergens naar om te kijken. Ideale plek als je alles op 1 locatie wilt zodat je geen stress hebt van op tijd op verschillende locaties zijn. Daarnaast is het een unieke locatie vanwege het kapel waar ceremonie en feest kan worden gehouden. Het was top!
