De Flessenkelder

Perhaps the most atmospheric spot in the entire BarBiertje... The Flessenkelder owes its name to the time when it functioned as a separate bar next to BarBiertje. It has been used for all sorts of things in the past. It was even once a pizzeria! Nowadays, the Flessenkelder is particularly popular for smaller gatherings.

With its cozy and homely atmosphere, it is ideal for baby showers, birthday parties, or as a buffet area when using the bar and dance floor. There are also opening windows to the stage if a band is playing and you want to enjoy the music from there.

Private options
You can exclusively reserve the Flessenkelder for your event. The doors to the rest of the bar can be closed and locked, or left open. If you choose to keep the doors open, we can still close off the step down to the Flessenkelder. This way uninvited guests cannot easily access it.

The Quarantine Room
Through the door near the bar, you enter the so-called Quarantine Room. This is an extension of the Flessenkelder and provides additional seating for about ±18 people. Here you can truly have a private setting. There is also an ordering and serving window to the bar. This space is equipped with a speaker so that music can be played here.

Other benefits
The Flessenkelder used to operate separately from BarBiertje.
That's why it has its own toilets, coat racks, speakers, and
a television screen, but of course also a bar. The bar is smaller than our main bar but offers a good selection of drinks. Additionally, there is a staircase leading to the loft where you can sit comfortably, and this is also where you can find the entrance to the ladies' and gentlemen's toilets and the emergency exit. There is also an emergency exit in the Quarantine Room.
