Wet 'n Wild

There is free parking space for approximately 250 cars. If someone has difficulty walking, feel free to drive up to our location to drop off this person at the door. We kindly ask you to then park the car on the main parking lot afterward.

Accessibility by car is very convenient. You can enter Alphen aan den Rijn via the N11, and Wet 'n Wild is reachable in 10 minutes. The parking lot has around 250 spaces. In case the parking lot is unexpectedly full, you can use the additional parking spaces behind the bowling center or near the sports fields. If a person has difficulty walking, the vehicle can drive along the walking path to our location and park in the parking lot next to our venue. The same applies to loading/unloading traffic. The vehicle can then be driven back to the large free parking lot.

Wet 'n Wild can be reached by bus via the Sportlaan bus stop in Alphen aan den Rijn. This bus stop is accessible from Alphen aan den Rijn train station, among others. Wet 'n Wild is approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop

Within a 10-minute drive, you will find Hotel van der Valk Avifauna. Additionally, the Stadsherberg in the center of Alphen aan den Rijn is a charming place to stay.

Wet 'n Wild manages its own Food & Beverages. However, we are open to considering possibilities and accommodating special requests. If you have a specific snack or dish you would like to be served, we are willing to make an exception or have our chef discuss options with you.

a) In case of postponement or cancellation up to 100 days before the start date, a minimum of 50% of the total contract amount is payable. In case of postponement or cancellation between 100 and 25 days before the start date, a minimum of 75% of the total contract amount is payable. In case of postponement or cancellation between 25 days and the start date, 100% of the total contract amount is payable. b) Cancellation is not only applicable when the event is canceled entirely or partially. It is also considered a cancellation, and the above conditions apply, when the number of participants deviates more than 10% negatively from the reserved number at the time of the final booking. c) Up to ten working days before the event, the final number of participants can be communicated with a maximum deviation of 10% downward. This number will then be considered the final number for the final invoice. In case of a reduction in the number of participants (with a maximum deviation of 10%), the variable cost component will be deducted from the final invoice. If the number of participants on the day of the event is higher than the communicated number, it will be invoiced at the agreed price per person.
