World Museum
Central in the historic Maritime Quarter lies the World Museum. Direct on the Maas, the gateway to the world. In the stunning, iconic building, activities have been buzzing since 1851. We translate the rich past into a contemporary modern wedding and event location where hospitality, inspiration, and culinary quality are central.

Wedding Venue
Our three halls are filled with Rotterdam's history, have a modern decor, and all the necessary audiovisual facilities. The furniture can be adjusted to your wishes in different setups. In the Elie van Rijckevorsel Room, you can toast or dine intimately with a small group. The Grand Hall, possibly in combination with the Salon, can be used for a larger group during the ceremony, dinner, or party.

World Cuisine
Grand, intimate, or private. Our kitchen team cooks with love for everyone. The chefs draw inspiration from the richness of the super-diverse city that is Rotterdam. Our team is ready to make your day unforgettable. With our personal guidance, we ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail. Prachtige locatie in Rotterdam waar alles in de puntjes is verzorgd. Aanrader om te trouwen.

Afgelopen vrijdag hebben wij onze bruiloft (ceremonie, toost, diner en feest) gevierd op deze prachtige locatie. Vanaf dag één is het contact goed geweest en ze denken goed met je mee. De gehele dag verliep vloeiend dankzij het vriendelijke, ervaren personeel wat daar rondloopt. Het diner was fantastisch, echt een belevenis voor onze gasten en alle aanpassingen qua dieet waren moeiteloos doorgevoerd. Echt genieten!

Geweldige smaakvolle locatie voor onze bruiloft

De zaal is prachtig en het museum ligt op een toplocatie in combi met watertaxi en hotels maar onze dag werd mede geweldig dankzij de organisatie en bediening van het wereldmuseum. Ze hebben geweldige contacten waardoor de zaal echt betoverend mooi was. Feest savond: goede akoestiek en goeie sluitingstijden. Super aanrader voor een stijlvolle, sjieke maar ook intieme bruiloft

Gewoon in één woord geweldig

Op 31 augustus vierden wij onze receptie, diner en feest in het Wereldmuseum. Het contact met Joyce en haar team was prettig; ze attendeerde ons op zaken waar we nog niet aan gedacht hadden en dacht mee over onze wensen. Het proefdiner was speciaal en de samenwerking met onze ceremoniemeester verliep soepel. Op de dag zelf was alles perfect geregeld, en dankzij Okke en zijn team voelden we ons volledig ontzorgd.

Heel mooi en heel goed geregeld

De zaal is prachtig en de communicatie vooraf en tijdens de avond verloopt heel soepel. Het eten was erg lekker. Zowel bij een kleine als een grote hoeveelheid gasten is het een toplocatie.
