About the venue

Looking for a romantic location for your wedding day? Welcome to the Orangery of Estate Sandenburg! Estate Sandenburg is an ancient family estate, nestled in nature just outside Utrecht. 

The Orangery
The Orangery is a bright space seven meters high, with seven large doors leading to the terrace and garden. In nice weather, we open the garden doors and you can hear an orchestra of birds in the background. Maybe you will even be visited by the peacocks or guineafowl that roam freely in the garden! The Orangery has a lovely sunny terrace, which is covered in the summer with a sand-colored stretch tent on wooden poles. In the Orangery of Estate Sandenburg, you really feel completely outdoors.

Catering
Our caterer provides a delicious culinary experience for your big day. A festive BBQ, a walking dinner, or an elegantly seated dinner; you can choose from a wide range of options. Self-catering or a wedding ceremony without catering is not possible with us.

Photoshoot
With the high windows and beautiful light, the Orangery is particularly suitable for bridal photography. You can also take stunning photos outside, in front of the Castle and the Orangery. So, make sure to schedule enough time for your photoshoot!

Party
Since the Orangery is located in a quiet area, a dance party is not possible with us. However, there are several atmospheric party venues nearby where you can celebrate until the early hours. Ask us for our tips and suggestions.

Een droom locatie en een droom bruiloft

Deze klassieke locatie is van zichzelf al adembenemend en heeft weinig extra's nodig. Wij hebben vele complimenten ontvangen van onze gasten die onder de indruk waren. Ook cateraar Vernooy was geweldig, heerlijk eten, vriendelijke en bedachtzame medewerkers. Zelfs de hond werd voor ons uitgelaten. Kasteelvrouw Laura denkt graag mee en de communicatie verliep vanaf het eerste moment al soepel. Heel blij met deze keus!

Perfecte dag

Wij kunnen niet anders zeggen, dan dat we een perfecte dag hebben gehad. Samen met Laura al onze wensen kunnen afstemmen. We hebben enorm genoten van onze dag. Ook onze complimenten aan de catering voor de enorm gezellige medewerkers, die maakte het compleet!

Stijlvolle trouwlocatie

Prachtige, stijlvolle locatie in het groen. Nog steeds erg blij met onze keuze! De communicatie vooraf met eigenaresse Laura verliep heel soepel. Op de dag zelf waren we in goede handen bij gastvrouw Kate. Onze daggasten waren vol lof over het eten van Vernooy. Het shared dining menu was smaakvol het team ging ook uiterst zorgvuldig om met allergieën. Het ontbrak ons aan niks. Het was een ontspannen en prachtige dag.

Fantastische trouwlocatie

01-06-2024 zijn wij getrouwd bij Oranjerie Sandenburg. Tijdens het plannen van onze bruiloft zijn we super geholpen door Laura (eigenaresse) en op de dag zelf door Kate en de werknemers van Vernooy catering. De ceremonie was prachtig, we hebben heerlijk gegeten en in overleg was er ontzettend veel mogelijk. Wij hebben een prachtige dag gehad en zouden deze locatie zeker aanbevelen!
