Exclusivity & Revenue Guarantee

We offer our location exclusively so that we can fully focus on your event. To ensure this exclusivity, we work with a revenue guarantee.

This means there is a minimum spending requirement for venue rental, food, and drinks. The venue rental is on average €2,100 (including ceremony) and is fully included in the revenue guarantee.

The amounts below apply for Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Other days are negotiable.

March & April: €10,000
May: €12,000
June: €14,000
July – week 1 & 2: €14,000
July – week 3 & 4: €11,000
August: €11,000
September: €14,000
October: €10,000

November, December, January:
Winter Wedding from €9,000

For the 'Lake Villa' space, a different revenue guarantee applies. This price is available upon request.

For weekdays, we have an adjusted rate starting from €9,000. 

What does revenue guarantee mean?
Minimum spending on venue rental, food, and drinks. Venue rental (incl. ceremony) counts towards the revenue guarantee. Venue rental includes the beach, standard lighting, sound, cleaning & staff.
