At house of Woodstock you can change the number of people attending or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 weeks before your planned event. If you cancel between 21 and 7 days, 50% of the rental fee and possible program costs will be charged. If you cancel within 7 days of the event date, the full rental fee and program costs will be charged. All costs made by House of Woodstock at external parties, or that have to be made as reservation can no longer be cancelled, shall be charged to the client.
