De Opkamer

The modern Opkamer is located in a unique spot, between two historical buildings. The Opkamer thus connects the historical part of the museum with the modern part. The room can be in open connection with the downstairs brasserie through the glass sliding wall.

The building, the atmosphere, and the changing exhibitions create a unique environment. Each room has its own history, characteristics, and possibilities.  

When you use one or more of our rooms, you and your guests have free access to the rest of the museum. Take a visit to the current exhibition at your own pace as part of your program or let one of our experienced museum educators guide you around.
