‘This is Italy’ is often exclaimed when everyone is sitting at long tables under the berceau. As your guests enter the garden through the ancient valley, they feel like they are in a green fairy tale. ‘Where have we landed?’ is a frequently heard exclamation as they come through the garden gate.
Garden de Lage Oorsprong is a unique, green oasis. You don’t need to do anything about styling; the abundant rose berceau and the white flowering passiflora in the greenhouse complete the picture. This pure, green beauty ensures that your guests feel particularly relaxed. In nice weather, you can exclusively use the heart of the garden: the amphitheater, the berceau, the terrace by the pond with the beautiful greenhouse. When you say your vows in the amphitheater under the large trees, you can hear the stream from the small house bubbling. If it’s not possible to marry outside, the greenhouse offers a strong backup plan. From the greenhouse, you have a beautiful view over the rolling estate; the greenery inside and outside the greenhouse provides an optimal 'nature experience'.
After the ceremony, everyone indulges in cake & bubbles at rustic tables by the pond. A lovely spot where children play with boats, adults enjoy the shade under the large trees, or bask in the sun. With tasty snacks and drinks, it’s time to toast to your happiness. Our caterers cook pure and work exclusively with sustainable products. With them, you can put together delicious snacks and serve them informally or formally. Relaxed around the pond or at the long table with bottles of wine on the table. Exactly, just like Italy, but then in the Netherlands!

Garden de Lage Oorsprong (TLO) is a beautiful, walled garden located on the ridge of an ancient estate. The landscape is unusually hilly for the Netherlands; on clear days, you can see straight into Germany from the garden. This garden is easily accessible via the A12 or A50, centrally located between Ede and Arnhem.
