Het team van Pillows Deventer heeft zich meer dan 100% ingezet om er voor ons een fantastisch weekend van te maken. Wij kozen ervoor het hotel exclusief af te huren, waardoor we van 12:00 zaterdag tot 12:00 zondag het hotel volledig voor ons en onze gasten beschikbaar hadden. Het Pillows team verzorgde onze zelf gemaakte welkomst kaartjes op alle kamers, hielp mee (denken en doen) met de aankleding van het hotel en zorgde ervoor dat onze dag heel soepel verliep. Niets was te gek! We konden met al onze wensen bij hen aankomen. We zijn in de winter getrouwd en met de vele ruimtes die het hotel biedt, kon elk onderdeel van de dag weer in een andere ruimte plaats vinden. Voorafgaand aan de dag hebben we meerdere telefonische momenten gehad om de dag en onze wensen door te lopen en elke keer als we ophingen dachten we ?ja, met hen aan onze zijde komt het helemaal goed?. Nou, dat is gebleken! Wil je een bruiloft waar je een fijne omgeving hebt, waar alles verzorgd wordt, het personeel super vriendelijk is, een 5-sterren service level én kwalitatief goed dineren? Ga dan voor het pillows hotel, echt een aanrader."

We hebben een fantastische dag gehad. Vanaf aankomst tot de volgende dag na het ontbijt werden we in de watten gelegd en werd alles zeer goed verzorgd. We konden de hele dag door verschillende ruimtes gebruiken voor ceremonie, receptie, diner en avondfeest. Naast het hotel ligt een mooi park om foto's te maken en de aan de andere kant de skyline van Deventer met uitkijk over de Ijssel. Eten en hapjes waren ook van hoge kwaliteit. Tijdens het avondfeest kon de DJ op vol volume draaien en konden de gasten tussendoor afkoelen op het mooie aan de zaal gesloten terras. Geweldige entree met grote trap. De kamers zijn ook erg ruim en voorzien van alles luxe en gemakken. Top locatie."
We hebben een topdag gehad en als er al iets niet goed gegaan zou zijn, hebben wij daar als bruidspaar samen met onze gasten niets van gemerkt. Wij zijn zeer te spreken over het hotel en haar medewerkers!"
We hebben een super dag gehad! De voorbereidingen samen met het IJsselhotel zorgden er voor dat alles soepel verliep. Op een vriendelijke manier en ongelofelijk professioneel wordt er die dag samengewerkt. Alles klopt: inrichting, sfeer, personeel, hotelkamers, eten!
