What are the parking options at or nearby the venue?

In our parking lot on the right side of Huis Scherpenzeel you can park for free. There is also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets where parking is allowed.

What is the accessibility by car?

Huis Scherpenzeel is easily accessible from several towns in the area. It is just a 25-minute drive from Ede, 20 minutes from Veenendaal, 35 minutes from Utrecht and 40 minutes from Arnhem.

Is the venue accessible by public transportation?

Huis Scherpenzeel is a five-minute walk from a bus stop. Buses passing through this stop are: neighborhood RRReis 511, RRReis 110 and Syntus Utrecht regional bus 80. Travel time from this station to Utrecht Central Station is 1 hour.

Can you spend the night at or near the venue?

It is not possible to stay overnight at Scherpenzeel House. However, there are several accommodation options in the vicinity. These can be found on our website

Is it possible to bring our own caterer?

Providing your own catering is not possible at Huis Scherpenzeel, but we have our own team and a professional kitchen that will gladly, and properly, provide this for you!

At Huis Scherpenzeel you can celebrate your entire wedding day lavishly! Wedding (inside or outside), reception, dinner and party; during the day you and your guests can enjoy the spaces and the beautiful surrounding park.

You can expect a preparation process in which we ask exactly the right questions and a wedding in which we do everything to make the day for you as a bride and groom and for all your guests a success in every detail! If the weather is nice, you can of course have your wedding, drinks and dinner outside. In addition, the cozy house offers plenty of indoor and outdoor opportunities for the wedding shoot. You will always be the only couple in the house: exclusivity guaranteed!

Fantastische trouwlocatie

Mijn partner en ik hebben trouwen bij Huis Scherpenzeel als super positief ervaren. Het hele traject verliep onder goede begeleiding en schakelen/communiceren ging soepel. Goeie ondersteuning vanuit personeel op de dag zelf en hoge kwaliteit van service en catering. Al met al, een aanrader!

Een droomdag die we nooit zullen vergeten!

Onze trouwdag bij Huis Scherpenzeel was perfect. De prachtige locatie en het topteam maakten alles zorgeloos. Forty regelde onze wensen tot in detail en Gevor zorgde dat de dag soepel verliep. Ondanks 31 graden bleef de crew professioneel en vriendelijk. Heerlijk eten, goede wijnen en shared dining vielen bij iedereen in de smaak. Een dag om nooit te vergeten!

Mooie trouwlocatie en goede service

Wij hebben een prachtige trouwdag gehad op Huis Scherpenzeel. De communicatie met de medewerkers verliep erg prettig en de trouwdag zelf verliep vlekkeloos. Al met al een ontzettend prettige ervaring.
