Beneden Sas used to be a tavern where sailors would have a drink while waiting for the tide. In the characteristic building on the lock island, you will now find our small-scale restaurant where the atmosphere of the past has been modernized while still retaining its charm. Both the cozy living room café and the beautiful green terrace offer you a splendid view over the water and the monumental lock that you cross to reach our restaurant.

In our living room café and on the terrace, we serve delicious lunch dishes, homemade pies, and cookies. In the evening, our restaurant sets the stage for a well-prepared dinner.
